  1. When will I get my order?
    • If you’ve ordered an item that is in stock, you can expect it to ship within 24 hours from our warehouse in Upstate NY.  Unless otherwise requested, your order will ship ground.   
    • If you have ordered a custom item, it could be anywhere from 2-4 weeks before you receive your order, depending on current production schedules.  We will advise you at the time you place your order.

  1. You mentioned custom orders – how does that work?
    • You can add your company logo or design to any of the products listed in our Custom section.  Once you check out with one of these products in your cart, we will contact you for artwork and generate virtual proofs for you to approve so there are no surprises.  We want you to be thrilled when your custom order shows up, so we carefully verify colors, placement, spelling, etc.  Once you approve the proof, the product goes into production!
  1. What if I want a custom item and an in-stock item?
    • No problem at all!  We will ship your in-stock items within 24 hours so you can get them right away.  The custom item will follow the production process and you will receive that portion of the order once the production has been completed.
  1. Can I cancel an order I’ve placed?
    • Well, timing is everything.  If you need to cancel a custom order and you’ve already approved the artwork, you are subject to any production costs that have been incurred.  Normally, 24 – 48 hours after the artwork has been approved is too late to cancel a custom order.  We plan on shipping all in stock items within 24 hours of order receipt – and most will ship the same day.  If you want to cancel an order for stock items, please contact us ASAP and we will try to stop the order from being processed.
  1. How do returns work?
    • Please see our return policy.  Some items can be returned, others cannot for sanitary reasons.
  1. I want to reorder something I ordered before.
    • Great!  If you’ve created an account, you can search your order history to make sure you get the right item.  If you checked out as a guest, please contact us and we will help you make sure you get the same thing – as long as it is still available.
  1. Do I need to set up an account?
    • Nope – that’s totally up to you.  If you choose to set up an account, you will be able to see your order history.  You are always free to check out as a guest.
  1. I’ve forgotten my password.
    • Oops!  That happens to all of us!  Simply enter your email address and “forgot password” button and we’ll email it to you!
